If you looking for a total body workout but are on a budget, we have good news for you — you will find that the Bowflex® PR1000 is your ideal home gym machine — real value for money, too.
With over 30 strength exercises and a built-in rowing station for a calorie-blasting workout, the PR1000 is a great way to strengthen your muscles and add some cardio training to begin your strength training routine.
Enjoy up to 210 pounds of Power Rod resistance with this versatile home gym machine that helps work the abs, chest, arms, shoulders, back and lower body. This home fitness machine from Bowflex includes triple-function hand grips for lat pull-down, a horizontal bench press, and four-inch upholstered roller cushions for leg extension and leg curl exercises. For easy storay, the rowing machine rail also folds when you’re done with your workout.
The PR1000 utilizes Bowflex’s patented Power Rods, which provide resistance (or weight) that feels as good as or better than free weights–but without the inertia or risk of joint pain usually associated with free weights. You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 pounds all the way up to 210 pounds of resistance.
The Power Rods are precisely manufactured from a high-tech composite material under the highest quality control measures, then sheathed and tested 4 separate times to ensure quality and durability. The units are so strong, you can flex them repeatedly but you won’t be able to wear them out.

Great starter system
This Bowflex system is discontinued but is still a very good starter system. Or for someone who just wants to stay in shape.

Great Product
Great product for a great price. U can workout your whole body with this. Might not be the best fit for really big guys but for average adult, it’s great.

Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym
We love our Bowflex PR1000 home gym. It folds up, it has the option of a full flat bench or slanted back. We do intend on purchasing more weights for it.

Great but check your upgrade options
This machine is much better than anticipated. Love it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is about the only low impact workout that I can stick with.
