When I’m in one of these moods, I go and get a really good work out, what a difference it makes. Exercising on a regular basis will more often than not help you maintain a positive attitude.

I have found that being inactive made me a shallow breather and therefore not getting enough oxygen through my body and mind. This used to make me feel unenthusiastic about everything. it also gave negative feelings.
