Average quality, terrible smell
The quality is what you expect. They are your basic set of dumbbells. The carrying case will likely get damaged in shipment.

I bought these because they were the cheapest set of adjustable dumbbells I could find and because of the different weight plates.

I have not found any shortcoming or inconvenience, so I would say these are perfect.
